HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
EU Orders
Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
US Orders
Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays, or sales. Tracking is provided once the order ships. Most international orders are shipped with FedEx.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?
EU Customers
No customs fees. Prices include VAT where applicable.
US & International Customers
All international orders, including those from the US, are shipped from Europe with Duties Delivered Paid (DDP), which means that by default, you should not need to pay any additional taxes or customs fees.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Sale items are final unless faulty
